Man, 85, found dead with stab wounds in West Philly

The man was found unresponsive just after 2:30 p.m. inside a residence in the 5300 block of Addison Street. police said.

An 85-year-old man was found dead with numerous stab wounds Tuesday afternoon inside a West Philadelphia home, police said.

The man was found unresponsive just after 2:30 p.m. inside a residence in the 5300 block of Addison Street. police said. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police reported no arrests or motive in the case.
