2 shot dead in Norristown
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation.
Police are investigating the shooting deaths of two men in a car in Norristown.
Officers responding to a call for gunfire found the victims at about 12:15 a.m. Monday in the car on the 700 block of Chain Street, authorities said.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene; the other died at Einstein Medical Center in East Norriton. Their names have not yet been released.
No arrests have been made and investigators are trying to establish a possible motive.
