An 18-year-old woman who was one of two pedestrians stuck in a hit-and-run accident Monday night in Bucks County has died, police said Tuesday.

The woman, whose name was not made public, was with an 18-year-old man just after 8 p.m.on Street Road near Philmont Avenue in Lower Southampton Township when they were hit by what was described as a 1992 to 1997 Ford F-250 pickup truck with red over silver over red, or red over white over red paint. The passenger-side mirror was broken off and the passenger-side headlight was heavily damaged.

The driver was described as a black man about 30 years old, about 6-feet 1-inches or 2-inches, with a thin build, and wearing a blue baseball cap, possibly a New York Knicks cap. Anyone with information can call the Lower Southampton police at 215-357-1234.
