I-476 South reopens near Villanova after crash

Interstate 476 South has reopened after a deadly overnight crash.

The 2:30 a.m. wreck had closed all southbound lanes between exit 13 in Radnor Township and exit 9 in Marple Township for about about five hours while authorities investigated.

Pennsylvania State Police said the crash involved one car. The driver was the only person in the vehicle.

Initial police reports said the crash was fatal, but further details about the victim weren't available this morning.

Police said the crash happened between the on and off ramps at exit 13.
