Huge sinkhole swallows street in Fishtown
Emergency responders were called early in the afternoon to the 2200 block of Taggert Street, where the sinkhole ate the front steps of one house.
No one was injured when a 30-foot-wide sinkhole swallowed part of a Fishtown street Friday, authorities said.

The Red Paw Relief Team, which helps families with pets during crisis situations, said that the residents were asked to shelter in place and then allowed to stay in their homes.
