Footprints in the snow lead to four burglary suspects

Footprints in the snow led police to a home where they arrested four Cinnaminson men on burglary charges, authorities said.

Police were called about 2 p.m. to the 100 block of Mount Vernon Drive, where two safes containing $5,000 and a handgun had been stolen, said Lt. Robert Martens, spokesman for the Cinnaminson police.

As detectives dusted for fingerprints, other investigators checked the recently fallen dusting of snow. They found four sets of footprints. Following the tracks led police to the Mount Vernon Drive home of John T. Mickno, Jr., 19.

Inside, police found the two safes, Mickno, Eric P. Magness, 19; Sean M. Milligan, 19; and Anthony C. Chicone, 18. The four men were charged with burglary and were being held on $100,000 bail at the Burlington County Jail, Martens said.
