Kelly Drive closed much of today for tree removal

Motorists using Kelly Drive in Philadelphia will face a detour from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. today when the highway is closed in both directions from Hunting Park Avenue to South Ferry Road in East Falls for tree removal.
