Three people were shot Saturday night in a drive-by shooting in the 2800 block of North Fourth Street in North Philadelphia, including a 3-year-old who received stitches at Temple Children's Hospital for a graze on the forearm, according to a police official.

Police said a 23-year-old man was shot in the left hip and groin and was in stable condition yesterday at Temple University Hospital.

The third victim, a 24-year-old man shot in each leg and the lower back, is also in stable condition at Temple, the official said. - Harold Brubaker
