The Radnor High School student who allegedly tried to "shake down" another student for lunch money and admitted to hiding a gun at the school last month was charged as an adult Wednesday after another earlier gun incident was reported.
Nestor Felipe Soto, 16, of Wayne, was charged with terroristic threats, possession of a firearm, robbery, aggravated assault and other charges. He was arraigned and is being held at the Delaware County prison on $50,000 cash bail.
On April 29, Soto allegedly pointed a gun at three teens while they were parked at a gas station in Wayne and demanded money. He then pulled the gun away and said he was "kidding," according to court papers.
On April 30, Soto was arrested after he admitted to having a gun and hiding the weapon in an administrator's office where he had been taken after fighting. - Mari A. Schaefer
