Boy, 6, killed in crash of ATV in his driveway

A 6-year-old Chester County boy was killed Sunday afternoon when the all-terrain vehicle he was riding slipped off the edge of an embankment, rolled and landed on top of him.

Jackson Filbert of Church Hill Road in Landenberg was riding the ATV with another person in the driveway of his home, said Chester County coroner Robert O. Satriale. He was the son of Marc and Danielle Filbert.

Satriale said an autopsy was planned, but he believed that the cause of death was blunt-force trauma.- Nancy Petersen
