A member of the Army National Guard who returned home from Iraq this summer died in a motorcycle crash in Gloucester County.
A member of the Army National Guard who returned home from Iraq this summer died in a motorcycle crash in Gloucester County.
Anthony LaSelva, 21, of Washington Township, lost control of his bike late Thursday night on a sharp turn on Egg Harbor Road in Washington Township and crashed into a telephone pole.
He was taken to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
LaSelva returned home from Iraq on June 19. He was part of a group of about 159 guard members from two New Jersey units whose tours in Iraq were extended as part of the troop surge.
