Bucks woman's death not suspicious, coroner says

An autopsy found "nothing suspicious" in the death of a Bucks County woman who had been missing for a week, County Coroner Joseph Campbell said last night. The body of Gina Bobbing-Mormando, 32, of Croydon, bore no signs of injury or trauma, Campbell said.

No cause of death was immediately determined. That must await the results of toxicology tests, which could take four to six weeks, the coroner said.

The body of the mother of three small children was found early yesterday inside her minivan, which had been parked for several days near a tavern off Business Route 1 in Falls Township. The vehicle was about a half-mile from the site of a fender-bender accident Bobbing-Mormando had been involved in Nov. 28, the day she disappeared.

She had left her home that morning to visit a Social Security office and never returned. Relatives and friends had set up a Web site seeking tips on her whereabouts and had scheduled an area search for yesterday morning before the body was discovered.
