Police are seeking the public's help in locating a man accused of fatally shooting another in North Philadelphia late last month.

Neil Gardner, 30, is charged with murder and related offenses in the Nov. 29 slaying of Raheen Taylor, 27.

Responding to a call, police found Taylor, also known as Eric Bailey, with a gunshot wound to the chest about 4:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of North 11th Street. Taylor, of the 1900 block of North 32nd Street, was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital about 5:30.

Gardner is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing about 240 pounds, with close-cropped hair, mustache and beard. He has tattoos on his left arm, police said.

Gardner's last known address was in the 2100 block of North Eighth Street, police said, adding that he is known to frequent that area.
