Chester man fatally shot in Wilmington identified

WILMINGTON - Wilmington police have released the name of a 19-year-old man found shot to death Wednesday evening in West Center City.

Police say Dominic Toy of Chester was found shot in the head in the 300 block of West Fifth Street. He was pronounced dead at Wilmington Hospital.

Toy was the city's 13th homicide victim for 2007.

Police were looking for at least two men who ran from the scene after the shooting.
