Fire at Bucks condo complex displaces dozens
Fire officials are investigating the cause of a two-alarm fire that displaced dozens of condo residents yesterday morning in Bristol Township.
Shortly after 12:30 a.m., the Newportville Fire Company responded to a fire call in the Naomi Court section of the Crestwood Condominiums on Bristol-Oxford Valley Road. The blaze extensively damaged 15 units of a 20-unit building.
One resident and one firefighter were taken to a local hospital for injuries, said Bristol Township Fire Marshal Kevin T. Cippolito. The Red Cross placed some families in a local hotel, and other families found shelter with friends or family members, he said.
