Another pretend designer Rachel Bilson, star of the smash-hit sci-fi movie Jumper, is the latest celeb to pretend she's a fashion designer. The lovely, full-lipped, 27-year-old thesp has signed a deal with DKNY Jeans to develop a line of duds for juniors.

Wells acknowledges she was driving erratically and was going 7 m.p.h. over the speed limit.
