Villanova University officials are asking students to remain alert after the return of a serial flasher to the Delaware County school last week.
Seven women - all Villanova students - have reported seeing the man on campus.
Three women reported seeing a partially naked man to police last Thursday. They described a man in his 40s walking around inside Tolentine Hall about 6:30 p.m. Tolentine Hall houses the offices of Villanova's president and the school's department of psychology. The man was also seen later that day at John Barry Hall, which houses several classrooms.
The suspect was described as white with long grayish-brown hair.
That matches the description of a man who exposed himself in late January in the same vicinity.
On Jan. 31, a man in a dark-blue blazer, button-down shirt, and dark-blue trousers removed his pants in front of students in four separate incidents. The first occurred at 10 a.m.; three more episodes followed between 6 and 6:20 p.m.
None of the students was threatened or attacked, an official said. A surveillance camera captured a picture of the suspect.
Radnor police and Villanova campus security are investigating the incidents, and both agencies have increased patrols on campus.
