Just enough fame, please
Tina Fey
is bigger than ever. But not too big. The Upper Darby native and award-winning
30 Rock
star tells Entertainment Weekly she doesn't crave fame.
"They should draw up an equation: What level of fame do you need to achieve to keep doing what you want? Because you don't want any more," she says. "You don't want someone to take a picture of your butt on the beach. . . . How do you get to be Christopher Guest? . . . Live your life, make hilarious movies with your friends, and then just go home."

A prince gets his wings
Members of four successive generations of the English monarchy have become Royal Air Force pilots now that
Prince William
has his wings, reports London's Daily Mail.
William, 25, who completed a demanding 12-week course to qualify, was presented with his wings Friday by his father, Prince Charles, at a ceremony attended by the Duchess of Cornwall (the former Camilla Parker-Bowles) and William's sweetheart, Kate Middleton.
Prince William's great-grandfather Prince Albert (later King George VI), was the first royal to serve in the RAF, in 1918 and 1919.
Pacino's raison d'etre
Al Pacino
says he's turning into a melty clock being gobbled up by a golden frying fish.
The Serpico star, who will turn 68 on April 25, is going surreal for his next role.
"There's talk of me playing Salvador Dali, which is something I have an appetite to do," Pacino tells Entertainment Weekly. "I'm at an age where something like that can come along and stir me. That's what gives me my raison d'etre."
A photogenic first lady . . .
A nude photo of France's first lady,
Carla Bruni-Sarkozy
, which shows the graceful madame "standing in a pigeon-toed pose and covering her modesty with her hands" (as Reuters puts it) has been sold by Christie's of New York for $91,000 -
20 times
its estimated price.
Christie's says an unidentified Chinese collector bought the black-and-white print, taken in '93 by photog Michel Comte, when Carla was a model. (That was before she became a fledgling singer-songwriter. And well before her transfiguration into a first lady.)
Carla married French prez Nicolas Sarkozy in February amid much hype.
Keys' take on geopolitics
In a potentially controversial chat with Blender mag,
Alicia Keys
, 27, says " 'Gangsta rap' was a ploy to convince black people to kill each other. 'Gangsta rap' didn't exist."
Keys, sporting a gold AK-47 pendant around her neck, says she has been reading books by some of the members of the Black Panthers.
She says the feud between East Coast and West Coast rappers, which led to the murders of Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G., was fueled "by the government and the media, to stop another great black leader from existing."
The singer is not available for comment, her rep says.
