Farina is off the felony hook

L.A. County prosecutors have announced they will not file felony charges against former

Law & Order

star

Dennis Farina

, who was arrested last month for having a gun in his carry-on luggage at Los Angeles International Airport.

Farina says he forgot that the gun was in the bag.

A rep from the District Attorney's Office says there wasn't enough evidence to charge Farina with a felony. The case will go to the City Attorney's Office, which may file misdemeanor charges.

Tyler: It was my foot!

"Make no mistake,

Aerosmith

has no plans to stop rocking. There's a new album to record, then another tour." So says

Steven Tyler

, 60, who last month checked into rehab at Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena, Calif., prompting word the band would have to stop work.

The New York Daily News reports that Tyler says he's not in rehab for drugs, which he has struggled with before, but to recover from a series of foot operations.

"I really needed a safe environment to recuperate," Tyler says. But an anon source tells the News that Las Encinas, where the

Dr. Drew

-starring

Celebrity Rehab

show is filmed, treats only folks with addiction problems. No comment from the hospital.

Marc, Jen and babies, too

Marc Anthony

, 39, says he and wife

Jennifer Lopez

, 38, are having a blast with their "big and gorgeous" twins,

Max

and

Emme

, who were born Feb. 22 by C-section.

And they don't need a nanny to do the job, thank you very much.

"It's just us, man. We're figuring it out and having a great time," Marc told

The Billy Bush Show

on Thursday.

Condi Rice's rock picks

Condoleezza Rice

says she has never really been a

Kiss

fan.

But the members of the hyperbolic rock act,

Tommy Thayer

,

Paul Stanley

,

Gene Simmons

and

Eric Singer

, sure are Condi fans.

They were in Stockholm, Sweden, on Thursday when they heard Condi was also in town (for a conference on Iraq). They requested a meeting and got a chance to hang with her.

But on Friday, Condi lost some of her cool factor when she told reporters that she had been to only four rock or R&B shows in her life.

USAToday.com says Condi's first was at age 10:

Paul Revere and the Raiders

. The others were

Smokey Robinson and the Miracles

,

Earth, Wind and Fire

, and

U2

.

An 'Inconvenient' aria . . .

Did you find yourself humming after watching

An Inconvenient Truth

,

Al Gore

's celebrated documentary about the miserable state of the environment?

Now Italian composer

Giorgio Battistelli

, 55, is opera-izing Gore's film for the famed Milan opera house La Scala for its 2011 season.

"It will be about the tragedy of our present situation," Battistelli says. "It is a great challenge, of course, to write an opera on such an unusual subject. It is certainly not the story of Romeo and Juliet."

A sexy pregnancy

"I think some women have a different experience depending on their partner,"

Angelina Jolie

tells Vanity Fair about the way men behave around pregnant women.

"I happen to be with somebody [that'd be

Brad Pitt

] who finds pregnancy very sexy. So that makes me feel very sexy."
