L.A. County prosecutors have announced they will not file felony charges against former
Law & Order
, who was arrested last month for having a gun in his carry-on luggage at Los Angeles International Airport.
Farina says he forgot that the gun was in the bag.
A rep from the District Attorney's Office says there wasn't enough evidence to charge Farina with a felony. The case will go to the City Attorney's Office, which may file misdemeanor charges.
