A pregnant Germantown woman shot in the head Sunday night has died, and authorities said yesterday that her boyfriend and another man faced murder charges in her slaying and the death of the unborn child.

Bobbi Booker, 26, was shot in her left temple as her boyfriend exchanged gunfire with a man outside the couple's Queen Lane apartment, police said.

Booker, who was four months pregnant, was on life support before she died at 9:20 p.m. Monday at Albert Einstein Medical Center, said Officer Tanya Little of the Public Affairs Office.

Doctors could not save the unborn child, police said. Booker also had two young children.

The District Attorney's Office will charge Booker's boyfriend, Michael Thomas, 25, and Cameron L. Johnson, 22, who also goes by the name Lamar Johnson, Little said. The two originally were charged with two counts each of attempted murder and one count each of aggravated assault.

Homicide Capt. James Clark said Booker was shot when Thomas and Johnson fired at each other after an argument Sunday night. What the argument was about is not clear.

Johnson was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with a leg wound and released Monday.
