This beautiful pig farmer's call to duty could have been predicted after her marriage to Arun Nayar at Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire. Around that time, Liz said she was "obsessed with sausages"; she'd "like to eat them every day."
The Hurley Old Spot pigs are quickly making a name for themselves: It is the most popular brand at the Jesse Smith butcher shop in Cirencester, AOL UK reported. Manager Perry Meredith told the Gloucestershire Echo that "her pigs are excellent quality."
Assistant manager Andy Lambert said, "Old Spots are our best sellers, and people recognize the name. They must have heard she's gone into farming."
Pitt fights Prop 8
Brad Pitt
announced Wednesday that he would donate $100,000 to fight California's Proposition 8, a November ballot initiative that would eliminate same-sex couples' right to marry.
His donation will be the largest of all A-list celebrities to the anti-Prop. 8 campaign.
Breaking down the numbers, Maloy Moore of the Los Angeles Times reported that Prop. 8 opponents had raised $11,119,615, while Prop 8 supporters had accumulated $16,647,477.
Sir Elton John and Ellen DeGeneres had yet to donate to the cause.

Producers and costars "want the girls to gain weight," an insider revealed. "They are trying too hard to be skinny, and it's started to wear on them. It's just not healthy."
Spears' lawyer cries foul
Britney Spears'
trial on a charge of driving without a state license in California is set for next month.
J. Michael Flanagan, her attorney, said the matter was going before a jury due to unfavorable "special treatment" by prosecutors and a judge. Britney is not required to attend the trial since the infraction is only a misdemeanor.
The charge stems from a criminal case against the "Oops" girl after a hit-and-run in August 2007. That charge was settled out of court by agreement with the owner of the car she hit.
