A 65-year-old Lansdale business owner is accused of indecently assaulting a 17-year-old boy who worked at his auto repair shop, authorities said yesterday.

George R. Houck, of Hatfield, faces multiple charges that include indecent assault, indecent exposure, and corruption of a minor, said a news release from Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman and Lansdale Police Chief Joseph S. McGuriman.

The charges stem from multiple incidents that occurred between June and September when Houck made sexual advances and inappropriately touched his employee at George's Service Center in the 700 block of West Third Street in Lansdale Borough, the news release said.

After executing a search warrant at the business, police found a massage table, massage oils, a TV, two VCRs, sexual devices, and the alleged victim's job application, which included his age, the criminal complaint said.

Houck could not be reached for comment yesterday. Investigators believe he may have victimized others and are urging people with information about any criminal activity to contact Lansdale Borough Police Sgt. Robert McDyre at 215-368-1801, the news release said.

Houck was arraigned on Monday before District Judge Joseph Dougherty and released from custody after posting 10 percent of $10,000, court records said. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 19.
