Man fatally shot in Oxford Circle
A man in his early 20s was fatally shot in the city's Oxford Circle neighborhood Friday night, police said. The victim, whose name was not released pending family notification, was shot multiple times in the 1200 block of Elbridge Street. The shooting was reported at 9:57 p.m.

The man was taken to Aria Health's Frankford Campus and pronounced dead at 10:37 p.m.
