A counselor at the Bucks County facility where an autistic man died after being left in a broiling van was arrested Friday and charged with selling cocaine.

Uron Brinson, 34, of Trenton, was taken into custody after trying to sell $5,000 worth of cocaine to a police informant in the parking lot of Woods Services Inc. in Langhorne at 11:15 a.m., according to Bristol Township police.

Brinson also sold $1,120 worth of cocaine to an informant in the same parking lot on July 26, police said.

Brinson is charged with two counts of delivery of cocaine. He was arraigned before District Justice Daniel Baranoski in Penndel and was held on $200,000 bail.

On July 24, Bryan Nevins, 20, died when he was left in a parked van for five hours. The counselor responsible for Nevins was charged with felony neglect and other offenses.

In a statement, Woods Services spokeswoman Cheryl Kauffman said the company had been informed by authorities of Brinson's arrest.

"This has no connection to the incident involving Bryan Nevins," Kauffman said.
