Chester man killed, another wounded in shooting
A Chester man was killed and another wounded in a shooting Thursday night on a neighborhood street. Gregory Hinson and William Miles were trying to install a stereo in Hinson's white Cadillac around 10 p.m. when another man appeared out of nowhere and shot them, police said.

Miles, 45, was pronounced dead at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Hinson, 27, a manager at a Valley Forge-area Sbarro's restaurant, was listed in stable condition at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital with gunshot wounds to his back and right side, according to police.
The shooter "fires a gun with his right hand, and runs away. He doesn't take anything," Detective James Nolan said. He said that the investigation remained open and that police had few details.
