Man is shot fatally in city
A 30-year-old man was fatally shot Wednesday night in West Philadelphia, police said. At 8:48, the man, whose name was not released, was shot once in the head in the area of Millick and Arch Streets, said Officer Jillian Russell. He was pronounced dead at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at 9:22.
