As Mega Millions tops $237 million, a second-place ticket sold in N.E. Phila.

And while no one won Tuesday's $200 million top prize, a second-place ticket worth $250,000 was sold at Reen's Delicatessen, 12319 Academy Rd., in Northeast Philadelphia.

Another second-place ticket was sold in Pennsylvania's Westmoreland County, and two others were sold in New Jersey.

The winning numbers drawn Tuesday night in the Mega Millions game were 6, 18, 36, 40, and 49, with the Mega Ball 7.

The new jackpot is the biggest to be offered by either the Mega Millions or Powerball games since June.

Then, one ticket had all the numbers in $261.6 million Powerball drawing. A California couple claimed a $266 million Mega Millions jackpot in May.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be Friday night.

The top prize for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing was $20 million or $10.2 million cash. - Inquirer staff
