A 19-year-old man was killed and another man was wounded Saturday in Upper Frederick Township in what state police said was a dispute over a woman.

Troopers called to a home in the 1700 block of Snyder Road just after 8 p.m. found Zachary Levin of Barto shot dead in the driveway. Joshua Levin, 34, also of Barto, described by police as his adoptive father, was shot in an arm and was treated at a hospital and released.

The two men had gone to the house to confront a man who was arrested after the shootings, according to authorities. The woman at the center of the dispute, who was not identified, was a witness, Trooper Brad Furlong said. He described the shooting as a "domestic altercation," but declined to provide further details.

The shooter surrendered without resistance and was being questioned Sunday night. He was expected to face charges.
