Police seek help finding missing elderly man

Philadelphia Police are seeking help finding a 70-year-old man who has not been seen since leaving his Kensington home on April 2.

Manuel Vargas-Santos was wearing a gray sweat shirt, blue jeans and gray sneakers when he left his home on the 2400 block of Jasper Street without saying where he was going, police said.

Vargas-Santon has a light complexion, and hazel eye and is balding with gray hair.
