Motorcyclist, pedestrian killed in Schuylkill crash
A Montgomery County man leaving the scene of a single-car crash on the Schuylkill Expressway early Tuesday was killed less than a mile away when he was struck by a motorcycle, Pennsylvania state police said.

The motorcyclist was also killed in the crash.
Police closed the highway for four hours after the crash.
Police said Arnold Khemdy, 20, of North Wales, lost control of his car about 1 a.m. on the ramp leading from I-476 to I-76. His car struck the guardrail, and Khemdy left the vehicle and walked onto the eastbound lanes of I-76, police said.
He was walking in the right lane on eastbound I-76 when he was struck by motorcyclist Hour Song Chheng, 40, of Philadelphia, police said.
Khemdy was thrown onto the right shoulder of I-76 and died there, police said. Chheng lost control of his motorcycle and was thrown into the roadway, where he died, police said.
Police said that a third vehicle was involved in the crash, but that they did not believe it played a part in either death.
State police are investigating.
