UPPER DARBY The Upper Darby School District is scheduled to hold a seminar to help parents, teachers, and students improve the way they talk to one another during intense one-on-one conversations.
The 90-minute interactive workshop will be directed by Eran Magen, scientific director of the Center for Supportive Relationships. It will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the high school boardroom.
The discussion will focus on how to be more effective and comfortable when dealing with someone coping with stress, frustrations, anxiety, or anger. - Mari A. Schaefer
