Penn State student found dead

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. A Pennsylvania State University student has been found dead in his residence near the main campus.

State College police said 22-year-old Darren Stafford of Princeton Junction, N.J., was found by friends on Tuesday morning.

Police Lt. Keith Robb said police arriving at the residence found the Penn State senior in "full cardiac arrest." Stafford was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 10 a.m.

Robb said there was no trauma, and the death was not considered suspicious. No cause of death was available pending an autopsy. The investigation is ongoing. - Associated Press
