Transfer agreement is expanded
DOYLESTOWN Delaware Valley College and Burlington County College recently expanded the ability for BCC students to transfer into bachelor's degree programs at the Doylestown-based college, according to an announcement from the two schools.
Students at BCC who earn associate's degrees in environmental science, sustainability, biotechnology, or communication arts, will be able to continue studying toward a bachelor's degree at Delaware Valley in environmental science, biology, or media and communication, the schools said.
A similar agreement is already in place for 11 other bachelor's programs, including business administration, chemistry, and food science.
In a statement, Delaware Valley president Joseph Brosnan said the college was looking forward to welcoming more "outstanding students who are extremely prepared to continue and earn bachelor's degrees." - Chris Palmer
