The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has issued an advisory for unhealthy pollution levels in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The DEP said young children, the elderly and those with respiratory problems, such as asthma, emphysema and bronchitis, should limit outdoor activities.
