Police: Man, 30, critical after near-electrocution

Police are investigating the near-electrocution Saturday morning of a 30-year-old construction worker in the 1700 block of Folsom Street.

The man, whose identity has not been released, was listed in critical condition at Hahnemann University Hospital.

Police were called to the construction site at about 10:39 a.m. after the man came in contact with a live electrical wire.

Details of the accident are being investigated and police have not released the man's name.
