In a story on mortgage foreclosures yesterday, and an accompanying photo caption, the first name of Common Pleas Court Judge Annette M. Rizzo was given incorrectly.

A story Monday about competing health plans in the Lehigh Valley quoted car dealer Greg Kelly as saying employee health insurance for his dealerships was provided by Highmark Inc. The insurance is provided by Capital Blue Cross and Kelly received a competing bid from Highmark.

An article yesterday about a proposal to place Fairmount Park under a new Department of Parks and Recreation misstated the park's history. In 1855, the Lemon Hill estate was designated, by city ordinance, as "Fairmount Park." The broader Fairmount Park system was authorized by state legislation in 1867.
