A caption in the series on the Environmental Protection Agency, with a photograph showing President Bush and EPA Administrator Stephen L. Johnson, gave an incorrect source. The photo was supplied by the White House.
A caption with a photograph of Martha "Sunny" von Bulow accompanying her obituary included an incorrect date. The photo showed her emerging from a car; the date on which the caption said the photo was taken came after she fell into an irreversible coma. The actual date of the photo is not known, according to new information from the Associated Press.
An item in On the Boards in yesterday's Business section incorrectly named the company for which David G. Marshall is chairman and chief executive officer. He holds those posts at Amerimar Realty Co.
