An Inquirer article yesterday about the federal trial of former State Sen. Vincent J. Fumo inaccurately described Peco Energy's projected charges in 2011. The article should have made it clear that increases in consumer bills will not be kept by Peco as revenue, but will be used to cover the cost of increased power charges.

The Inquirer wants its news report to be fair and correct in every respect, and regrets when it is not.
