A story yesterday about fugitives arrested by a court warrant unit erred in saying Philadelphia had failed to collect forfeited bail money from one defendant, Kenneth Martin. The story should have said it was the responsibility of the courts to collect the money.

A story in some editions yesterday incorrectly stated when Camden County would issue a request for bids for a contractor to take over the county jail and build a new facility. County officials think the request will go out in the summer.
