A story Wednesday about a New Jersey Supreme Court hearing on voter recall efforts gave an incorrect year for the convention that led to New York's ratification of the U.S. Constitution. It was in 1788.

In Karen Heller's column Wednesday, the Army unit in which Municipal Judge Patrick F. Dugan served was misidentified. He was in the 82d Airborne Division.
