Clearing the record

A paragraph in a Monday story in the Business section about the housing market's slow recovery was incorrectly attributed. The statement, "Government intervention simply delayed further house-price declines, while at the same time, blowing the taxpayers' money," was made by Econsult vice president and economist Kevin Gillen.
