Authorities say a man was killed at a western Pennsylvania recycling plant when three large bales of paper fell on him.
State Police in Fayette County say the accident happened at B&R Recycling in Bullskin Township - about 30 miles south of Pittsburgh - at about 10:30 a.m. yesterday. Police say he was hit by the bales of paper that each weighed between 1,000 and 1,200 pounds.
The Fayette County Coroner's office says Mark S. Fremd was pronounced dead less than an hour later.
