STEEL-PLANT BLAST HURTS 3

OFFICIALS HAVE begun investigating an apparent explosion at a Coatesville steel plant that hurt three people.

Investigators say a bucket containing molten steel exploded on Thursday night at the ArcelorMittal plant.

The conditions of the three injured workers weren't immediately known.
