One killed, one injured in Camden shooting

One man was killed and another wounded shortly before midnight Monday in a shooting at the Branch Village Apartments in Camden, investigators said.

Police said Hengie Land, 23, of Camden, died in the gunfire on Ninth Street near Central Avenue. Officials said a 25-year-old Camden man also was struck and was taken to Cooper University Hospital. His name was not released.
