The iconic tower of Camden High School will be rebuilt beginning in a few weeks at a cost of $2.7 million, according to the New Jersey Schools Development Authority.

The rest of Camden High, a dilapidated but storied school, will be demolished and rebuilt in the future, but school officials wanted to first ensure that the tower was maintained.
The rehabilitation project on the tower will stop for the next school year and be completed next summer, according to the authority. - Matt Katz
