Two young men apparently shot each other in the neck during an altercation in South Philadelphia last night, police said. The shoot-out occurred around 8:20 p.m. in the 2600 block of Wolf Street, police said.

A 20-year-old man was in critical condition and a 19-year-old in stable condition, both at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, police said. One firearm was recovered at the scene. - Robert Moran
