Authorities looking for a fugitive got much more when they searched the suspect's Camden home Wednesday.

By the time they left, police said, they had their man - Hiram Rivera, 26, of the 3000 block of Carmen Street - and three others, plus a cache of drugs and weapons.

Camden police and agents from the U.S. Marshals Service were admitted to the home about 8:30 p.m. and discovered a pound of marijuana, 480 ecstasy pills, 69 bags of crack cocaine, and a half-ounce of rock and powdered cocaine, according to law enforcement officials. They also found four guns and 27 rounds of ammunition, police said.

Rivera was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and weapons offenses. Also charged were Kathy Garcia, 19, who lives at the same address, and Alexander Lopez, 35, and Bianca Nieves, 20, who live on the block. - Barbara Boyer
