Two convenience stores robbed; clerk shot in leg

A 74-year-old store clerk was shot in the leg during one of two similar armed robberies of suburban Turkey Hill stores early Tuesday.

The stickups happened at 2:40 a.m. at 1000 W. Kings Highway in Coatesville, and at 4:40 a.m. at 3051 E. High St. in Lower Pottsgrove, according to Montgomery County prosecutors. - Derrick Nunnally
