Phila. man on trial in stalking of actress

NEW YORK - A federal prosecutor said a fan of Law & Order: Criminal Intent relentlessly harassed one of the show's stars during opening statements Tuesday, at the Brooklyn trial of Charles Nagel of Philadelphia. Authorities say Nagel approached Kathryn Erbe at filming locations and wrote unsettling things about her on the Internet. The defense says he meant no harm. Erbe has starred for nine seasons as Detective Alexandra Eames. Nagel has pleaded not guilty to interstate stalking charges. - AP
