CAMDEN A 23-year-old Camden man wanted in a fatal shooting March 4 in Audubon was arrested early Friday morning, officials say.

The U.S. Marshal's New York and New Jersey Fugitive Task Force captured Brandon Mosby about 1:30 a.m. on the 1300 block of Van Hook Street, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.

Mosby is charged with murder in the shooting of John Carey, 48, who was living in the White Horse Pike boarding home where the slaying occurred.

Authorities say Carey intervened in a domestic dispute between Mosby and a woman at the home. The woman was able to escape and get a ride to the Collingswood Diner after hailing a passing car.

He is scheduled for arraignment Friday afternoon in Camden Superior Court.
